Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
No, the nutritional guidance and diet plans are included in your programme. I believe that whatever your goals are whether it's to lose weight, reduce body fat, gain weight, increase lean muscle you'll need both an effective workout plan and nutrition plan.
What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
A pair of dumbells, resistance bands and a yoga matt is all that’s required to get you started.
Do I need a Fitness Assessment?
The fitness assessment will help you to determine your personal fitness goals. I will then be able to design the program that will be best to achieve them. I’ll need to know your current fitness level, health status, nutrition choices, strength level, preferences and more. An initial assessment helps me to get to know you and sets the foundation for successful training.
